As always, bring a toy because we’re kicking off Christmas in August for the annual toy drive. Each toy gets you a raffle tickle to win prizes! Toys are donated to a local non-profit and gifted to foster youth not only during Christmas, but throughout the year. These toys make a big difference for kids who often have to leave everything behind.

Thank you!

Donations from the 2020 Toy Drive with Safe Voyage Tattoo, Wicked Goodness Confections and Boo Boo’s Dirty Spoon were picked up today by Tri-State Fostering. All of you made this year another great success and we appreciate everyone who supports the effort year after year!

BRCAC Toy Drive

SAFE VOYAGE TATTOO is doing a TOY DRIVE until the end of November to benefit the Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center (BRCAC). Please drop off new, unopened toys at the shop between now and the end of November. BRCAC serves children between the ages of 3 and 17. These toys will be put to great use throughout the holiday season. BRCAC is a local non-profit agency providing forensic interviewing, family advocacy and trauma-focused therapy to children who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse or have witnessed violent crimes.
The Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center aims to maximize a child’s chance for healing through intervention in a child-focused, child-sensitive environment.

The Mission of the Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center is to lessen the trauma experienced by child victims when abuse allegations are investigated by law enforcement and/or child protection as well as provide support during any subsequent proceedings within the criminal justice system. BRCAC serves abused children in East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Pointe Coupee and West Baton Rouge parishes.10708497_559619774184488_5212453405962516747_o
